Petra Sheppard

Petra Sheppard has over 17 years of experience in human resources, starting their career as a Senior Consultant/Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment Kft. Petra then served as an Interim HR Manager/Senior HR Specialist at Sykes before becoming an HR Manager at Office Depot, where they managed the Hungarian HR office and partnered with the VP for CEE to shape functional strategic plans. Afterward, they worked as an Interim HR Consultant at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd, providing guidance and support for various HR processes. Petra then became a Senior HR Operations Partner at Halliburton before joining Silver Agency as Head of People. In their current role as Human Resources Director at Silver Agency, Petra is responsible for setting out the vision for talent acquisition, organizational design, and the learning agenda, along with generalist ownership of reward and recognition and the HR process.

Petra Sheppard has a Master's degree in International HR Management from the European Business School London, which they obtained in 2009. Petra pursued further education in 2011 at the University of Pecs, where they earned a degree as a Labour law counsellor specializing in Labour law. Petra also holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Western Hungary, completed between 2004 and 2006. Their undergraduate studies were at the College for Modern Business Studies (MÜTF) Budapest, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics from 2000 to 2004. In 2014, Petra pursued an HRM specialization and completed a CIPD Advanced qualification at MOL Learning in 2016.
