Kayleigh Demarais

Kayleigh Demarais is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in guest services and management. Currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center since April 2021, Kayleigh previously held positions at the same organization as Guest Services Supervisor and Front Desk Associate. Prior to this, Kayleigh worked as a Front Desk Representative at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and as a Front Desk Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Early career experience includes a role as a Merchandiser at Walt Disney World and serving as a Server at NYCM Insurance. Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Resort, and Tourism Management from Paul Smith's College, earned in 2017.
