Joy Ringer

Joy Ringer currently serves as the Director of Sales at Silver Cloud Hotels since April 2024 and has been a Community Organizer for 1 Million Cups Seattle since February 2022, focusing on educating and connecting entrepreneurs. Prior to these roles, Joy coordinated volunteers for the Northwest Event Show 2024 and was a Sales Manager at Landmark Event & Catering Company. Experience also includes event planning for MPI Washington State Chapter and serving as Area Sales Manager at EXPANSIVE, where Joy enhanced customer marketing and occupancy during the pandemic. Previous positions include Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at MarQueen Hotel, Sales Coordinator at Homewood Suites by Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton, and early roles at DoubleTree by Hilton as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Supervisor. Joy holds an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Cerritos College.
