Joann Flannery

Joann Flannery is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in emergency medical training and technical support. Currently serving as a Field Service Technician at ZOLL Medical Corporation since March 2021, Joann also holds multiple instructional roles, including AHA ECSI CPR Instructor with Citywide CPR Inc., AHA BLS Instructor with Trio Safety CPR+AED, and various instructor positions with Cardio Partners since May 2016 and Silver Cross Hospital since May 1987. Prior experience includes positions such as Cardiac Science Rescue Ready Technician II and AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS Instructor with ACUTE CARE EDUCATION SYSTEMS, INC. Joann completed a Paramedic program at Silver Cross Hospital, earning EMT Paramedic credentials from 1983 to 1986.
