Phillip Kelly has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a TOSA in Instructional Technology at Silver Falls School District since August 2000, where responsibilities include teaching 6th grade, 7-8 Math, and HS Algebra, as well as providing technology support and teacher training. Previously, Phillip taught 3rd grade at Cascade School District from August 1998 to June 2000. Education qualifications include a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Corban University (1994-1996), with further studies at George Fox University (2015-2016).
