Hannah Miles

Hannah Miles is an experienced leader with a strong background in change management and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Head of Change at Silver Fern Farms Ltd since August 2021, Hannah previously held the role of Director at M2B Ltd from March 2019 to March 2022 and served in various capacities at Callaghan Innovation, including Change Practice Lead and Change Specialist. A significant tenure at Bank of New Zealand spanned nearly a decade, where Hannah was integral to the SME marketing, communications, and events strategy, focusing on customer experience and performance outcomes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technological Futures from academyEX and a postgraduate diploma from The University of Auckland, alongside a diploma in Digital Media Production from Media Design School.
