Katey de Wit is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Partner and previously as a Senior Learning Advisor at Silver Fern Farms Ltd since August 2022, Katey has honed expertise in designing and implementing effective training programs. Prior roles include Learning & Development Advisor at PwC, Learning Transformation & Development Manager at Devoli, and various positions at Air New Zealand, where responsibilities ranged from Learning Experience Coordinator to Premium Sales Consultant. Additionally, experience in theatre production management and stage management has contributed to a diverse skill set.
