Alexa Pazniokas

Alexa Pazniokas, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Silver Hill Hospital, a role held since August 2015, overseeing residential counselor staff and managing various operational aspects, including scheduling, payroll, hiring, and orientation. Prior positions include Director of Residential and Wellness Programming, Manager of Transitional Living Programs, and Inpatient Dual Diagnosis Social Worker, where responsibilities encompassed conducting psychosocial assessments, facilitating group therapy, and providing crisis intervention. Earlier experience includes social work internships at The Mount Sinai Hospital and the Liberty Partnership Program, along with research assistant roles at Yale University and APT Foundation.
