Victoria Lipskaya

Victoria Lipskaya, CPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victoria currently works as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Silver Hills, a position they have held since April 2023. Before this, they served as the Director of People & Culture at Silver Hills from April 2021 to April 2023. Prior to joining Silver Hills, Victoria held the role of People and Culture Manager at One Degree Organic Foods from August 2020 to April 2021, and as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at Silver Hills from September 2019 to September 2020. Victoria also worked as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Silver Hills from August 2018 to August 2019.

Before their time at Silver Hills, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Manager at Saltworks Technologies Inc. from July 2016 to August 2018. Victoria also served as a Human Resources Generalist at UrtheCast from January 2014 to February 2016, and as a Human Resources Analyst at Indigena Solutions LP from February 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, they held the position of Manager of Human Resources and Administration at GFZ Studios from February 2011 to January 2013.

Victoria started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Macdonald Realty from April 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Personal Banker at HSBC from September 2009 to February 2011.

Victoria Lipskaya, CPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. In addition, they have obtained a Trading Licence from UBC Sauder School of Business in the field of Real Estate. Victoria Lipskaya also holds the certification of CPHR, which was obtained in 2015 from CPHR BC & Yukon.
