Jordan Gravelle

Jordan Gravelle currently serves as Hotel General Manager at Silver Hotel Group, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Accor from July 2019 to May 2023 and leading as Executive Chef at The Doctor’s House from August 2018 to July 2019. Jordan's culinary background features roles as Sous Chef at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, University of Toronto, and Fairmont Royal York, as well as Chef de Partie at The Fairmont Empress Hotel. Educational credentials include a degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College, completed from 2001 to 2003, following attendance at St Ignatious High School from 1997 to 2001.
