Ahmed Elassy

Ahmed Elassy is an accomplished hotel management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Hotel Area General Manager at AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles South Bay since September 2022, Ahmed previously held positions as Hotel General Manager at AC Hotels from January 2019 to September 2022 and as Hotel Interim General Manager & Director of Operations with Marriott Hotels from March 2015 to January 2019. Ahmed has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize hotel operations, and manage complex teams throughout a career that includes a decade at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where achievements included record-breaking upsells and significant improvements in guest experience scores. A graduate of the Faculty of Tourism & Hotel Management, Ahmed's background also includes earlier roles at notable hotel brands such as JW Marriott and Hilton, showcasing a diverse and rich career in hospitality management.
