Lyle Pauls

Lyle Pauls is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as the Pre-opening and General Manager for Union Hotel Toronto under Silver Hotel Group. Previous roles include Pre-opening and General Manager for Ace Hotel Toronto, as well as Pre-opening and General Manager for Canopy Columbus with Hilton. Lyle also held significant leadership positions at Trust Hospitality LLC, serving as Managing Director for Magic Village and Regional Vice President for the Southeast U.S. and Caribbean. Additionally, Lyle served as General Manager at Carlisle Bay Antigua.
