Annie Zhu

Annie Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Senior Vice President of Finance and Tax. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. Zhu worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Venture Capital tax group. Ms. Zhu holds a B.S. degree in Industry Management and Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China and received an M.S. in Taxation in San Jose State University. Ms. Zhu is a Certified Public Accountant.
