Bárbara Possignolo

Bárbara Possignolo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bárbara currently holds the position of Legal & Compliance Director at Pier Seguradora, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Pier Seguradora starting from March 2021. Before that, Bárbara worked in various legal and compliance positions at Pier Seguradora from September 2020 to May 2022 and as a Legal professional from July 2019 to March 2021.

In addition to their experience at Pier Seguradora, Bárbara Possignolo also served as the President Director at Associação Brasileira de Insurtech from February 2021.

Before transitioning into the legal and compliance field, Bárbara started their career as a Sales person at Universal Studios Hollywood from December 2012 to February 2013. Bárbara then worked as an Advogada at Master Minds Capital from July 2015 to March 2016.

Bárbara also gained experience in the legal field at Viseu Advogados as an Advogada Societário/M&A from April 2016 to December 2016 and at Banco Safra as an Advogada Sr Societário/Bancário from January 2017 to July 2019. During their time at Banco Safra, they also worked as a Trainee from January 2017 to December 2017.

From 2011 to 2015, Bárbara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, with a specialization in Direito.

In 2014, they briefly studied Law at the Università degli Studi di Siena.

In 2016, Bárbara completed a specialization in Fusões e Aquisições (Mergers and Acquisitions) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

In 2017, they obtained an Especialização (Specialization) in Mercado Bancário (Banking Market) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

From 2019 to 2020, Bárbara pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
