Milena Tieme Arashiro

Milena Tieme Arashiro began their work experience in 2015 as a Regional Planning intern at Avon. Milena Tieme then joined Avon full-time in 2016 and worked in various roles including Junior Analyst Criteria Billing, Jr. Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Sr. Marketing Analyst, Junior Merchandise Manager, and Business Specialist | Revenue Growth Management. Milena recently transitioned to Pier Seguradora in 2022, where they currently hold the position of Pricing Specialist.

Milena Tieme Arashiro earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar from 2011 to 2015. In 2020, they attended Ohio University for a Marketing Executive Program, earning a degree in Marketing. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they obtained a Technical Degree in Environment from ETESP, which they pursued from 2009 to 2010.
