Tim Johnson-Reynolds

Tim Johnson-Reynolds is an experienced professional with a significant background in Salesforce consulting and data analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Consulting at Silver Softworks, a Salesforce Platinum Partner, Tim has held various titles including Principal Consultant and Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tim was the Deployment & In-life Operations Manager at BT, leading a team that supported over 5,000 users with Salesforce solutions. Tim's career also includes a tenure as Technical Operations Manager at Henry Schein, where business intelligence was enhanced through an automated reporting system designed and developed using SQL and VB. Earlier experience includes ownership of JRtek and various analytical roles at Lloyds TSB General Insurance, where data modeling and reporting were key responsibilities.
