Matyas Bartha

Matyas Bartha began their work experience in 2009 as a Production & Maintenance Assistant at Silver Vase. Matyas then moved up to the role of Grower & New Plant Product Development, where they contributed to the company's growth until 2018. In 2018, Bartha became the Director of Operations at Silver Vase, overseeing the company's operations for the next five years. In 2023, they took on the role of VP of Strategy and Innovation, responsible for networking globally and expanding the company's reach. Additionally, Bartha served as the Head of ESG development at Silver Vase.

In 2011 and 2012, Bartha gained internship experience at various companies in the horticulture industry, including F.V. Hulten, Kwekerij de Hazekamp, and Bell Nursery.

In 2013, they interned at Floricultura, and in 2016, they became a Co-Owner at Flora and More.

Furthermore, Bartha worked as a Teacher/Counselor at the University of Miami Sports and Health Lab in 2009.

Matyas Bartha pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree at the HAS green academy from 2010 to 2014. Matyas'sfield of study was International Horticulture and Business Management.
