Human Resource at SILVERA FOR SENIORS

Debra Cameron-Mackinnon has a strong background in human resources. Debra is currently working at Silvera for Seniors as a Human Resource professional. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resource Lead at Silvera for Seniors in 2021. Debra also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at RGO Products Ltd. from December 2019 to January 2021, where they provided support in recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety coordination. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Mount Royal University, although the degree obtained during this time is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Debra Cameron-Mackinnon has obtained various certifications. In June 2019, they completed a Leadership Development program at Eclipse Solutions. In April 2018, they obtained a certification as a Canadian Management Professional from the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM. In September 2016, they became a certified COR auditor through the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Furthermore, in March 2007, they completed the DDI LearningSystem - Facilitator program offered by DDI | Development Dimensions International. Lastly, in December 2015, they obtained a certification in Health and Safety Facilitation from SafeStart International.
