Damien le Sourd

Damien Le Sourd serves as the COO and ExCom Member of SILVERA, overseeing daily operations, supply chain strategies, and financial management for a luxury furniture retailer with a global turnover exceeding 122 million euros in 2023. In addition to this role, Damien contributes as a VC Investor at Archipel Ventures and has experience as a speaker on Lean Management at Audencia Executive Education. Previous positions include Senior Consultant in Operations & Supply Chain Management at Deloitte France, where expertise in lean management and transformation program management was leveraged. Damien also held various roles in manufacturing and project management at LISI AEROSPACE, Airbus, and Renault, demonstrating a strong background in lean manufacturing, operational efficiency, and project execution across multiple industries including aerospace, automotive, and luxury retail. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA from Audencia and a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from ENSIBS.
