Karen Kong

Karen Kong, CFA, CPA, CCIFP, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Silverado Contractors, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held multiple positions at Webcor, including Senior Director and Director of Financial Controller from February 2020 to September 2024. Experience also includes serving as Senior Treasury Manager at Gap Inc. from May 2017 to February 2020, and various roles at The Clorox Company, such as Treasury Manager and Assistant Finance Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis from February 2012 to May 2017. Earlier career highlights include management of the Corporate Valuations Department at Norton Appraisals and work as a Senior Associate in the Consumer and Industrial Products Assurance Practice at PwC. Karen obtained a Bachelor of Integrated Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is currently pursuing further education at the City University of Hong Kong.
