Billy Santos

Billy Santos is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in hospitality management. Currently serving as Resort Manager at Silverado Resort and Spa since January 2022, Billy has previously held significant positions, including Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Banquets at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, where responsibilities included overseeing an annual revenue exceeding $29 million. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Regional Services Manager at Azure Home, Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Island Hotel Newport Beach, and Director of Banquets at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Billy began a career at Harrah's Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe, contributing to the launch of the head butler program and managing the Summit Suites. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Chico.
