Donna Yamaguchi

Donna Yamaguchi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource information systems and project management. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Silverado since May 2022, Donna has effectively addressed critical HR challenges, optimized efficiency, and led technology integrations. Prior roles include Sr Business Application Manager at Rain For Rent, where strategic HR projects were managed, as well as various HRIS positions at TriMark USA and Silverado, contributing to workflow improvements and engagement initiatives. Additionally, Donna gained valuable experience in HR generalist roles and sales operations earlier in the career, complemented by a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands.
