Rosemary Lanzelotti

Rosemary Lanzelotti, CRNP, RN, is an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner currently employed at Silverado since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rosemary worked at Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care for a brief period in 2022 and held positions at Crozer-Keystone Health System from July 2012 to April 2022, where Rosemary served as both Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager and RN BSN Hospice Nurse. Rosemary obtained a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Widener University between 2018 and 2021 and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution.
