Paul Sanders

Paul Sanders is the current Vice President of Delivery at Silverchair. Prior to joining Silverchair, Paul was the Director of Product Management at CoConstruct from September 2016 to September 2019. In their role at CoConstruct, Paul was responsible for driving strategy to increase mobile engagement by leading internal and outsourced Agile product development teams to deliver new industry leading mobile applications. Paul also gained deep customer insights through continuous discovery and prototyping, and slashed User Story cycle time by over 50% through coaching of Lean/Kanban practices. Additionally, Paul drastically decreased the time required to design and build new products through the creation and use of a Design System that ensured consistency of experience across web and mobile. Lastly, they consolidated, organized, and prioritized thousands of customer insights collected across the company to identify trends in enhancement requests and usability issues.

Before their role at CoConstruct, Paul was the Product Manager - Platforms at S&P Global Market Intelligence from February 2015 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and rollout of S&P Global Market Intelligence's desktop and mobile products. Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Paul was the Mobile Product Manager at ForRent.com from January 2012 to January 2015. In this role, they oversaw the product strategy and roadmap for ForRent.com's mobile website and apps. Lastly, Paul was the Senior Product & Marketing Designer at MoBot Mobile from March 2011 to January 2012 where they designed and developed iOS games and Apps.

Paul Sanders has a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Old Dominion University with a Marketing Minor. Paul is certified by Pragmatic Marketing in Product Management and is a Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
