Rachel Crymble

Rachel Crymble has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Success Implementation Manager at SilverCloud Health starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Primary Care Network Manager at Derbyshire Dales PCN from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing communications, strategic planning, HR management, and financial systems, among other responsibilities.

Before that, Rachel held various roles at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust from 2019 to 2021. Initially, they served as a Senior Performance and Business Intelligence Manager, where they supported the executive team in contract negotiations and performance management. Rachel also managed a team of 7 staff. Prior to this, they held the position of Performance & Business Intelligence Manager.

In 2018, Rachel worked as an Account Manager at SafetyCulture and in 2010, they worked as a Business Analyst at The Guinness Partnership. In this role, they were involved in large-scale business change and transformation projects and demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and management. Rachel also worked as a Customer Engagement Officer and Housing Officer at The Guinness Partnership from 2012 to 2013 and from 2010 to 2012, respectively.

Rachel's earlier work experience includes a role as a Housing Officer at Golden Lane Housing from 2008 to 2010, a Supply Teacher at Offerton High School from 2007 to 2008, and a Drafting Officer at Paymex Group from 2006 to 2007.

Rachel Crymble obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they have acquired several certifications in various fields. These include a certificate in Working at Scale Programme for Practice & PCN Managers from the NHS Leadership Academy, obtained in May 2022; the PCN Accelerator Programme from THC Primary Care, obtained in April 2022; a Certificate in Business Analysis Practice from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained in May 2014; a Certificate in Requirements Engineering from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained in October 2013; and a Level 4 Access to Housing certificate from the Chartered Institute of Housing, obtained in April 2009.
