Jonathan Hoyles

Jonathan Hoyles currently serves as the General Counsel at Silvercorp Metals Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Perk Labs Inc. from December 2019 to July 2023. Additionally, Jonathan was a member of the Forbes Technology Council from October 2020 to November 2022, a group for top executives and entrepreneurs. Jonathan's experience includes serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and General Counsel at Glance Technologies Inc. between January 2018 and December 2019, and Vice President, Legal & General Counsel at Skidmore Group in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, Jonathan worked at TCG International, holding roles including Vice President, Legal and General Counsel and Director of Legal Services. Jonathan began a legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Bennett Jones LLP, following educational achievements that include an MBA from Queen's University and a law degree from the University of New Brunswick. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University.
