Dave Reese

Dave Reese has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2006 as the National Operations Manager at Wally's Natural Products. In this role, they gained experience in operations management, manufacturing, product development, sales management, and marketing. Dave then worked as an Assistant Community Manager at 5th Avenue Real Estate Services from May 2011 to October 2012, where they demonstrated excellent communication and expertise in property value preservation. From November 2012 to February 2015, Dave served as an Association Portfolio Manager at 5th Avenue Real Estate, where they focused on budget creation, budget implementation, and facilities management. In 2015, they joined Silvercreek Association Management as a Homeowners Association Manager before becoming the President of the company later that year. Throughout their career, Dave has consistently prioritized exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and residents. Dave Reese has studied Accounting and Finance at California State University-Sacramento. Dave has also pursued a degree in Construction Management from Cuesta College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as AMS (Association Management Specialist) from the Community Associations Institute in 2015 and is working towards obtaining a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification.
