Jacob Schneider

Jacob Schneider, LALD, currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at SilverCrest Properties, LLC, since September 2024. Previously, Jacob held the position of Executive Director at Stonebay Senior Living, overseeing a 72-apartment community focused on Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Jacob's experience spans several leadership roles, including Senior Housing Administrator at Elysian Senior Homes and Executive Director at Walker Methodist and Ebenezer, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and operational oversight of senior living communities. Additionally, Jacob's career includes roles in therapeutic recreation, starting as Therapeutic Recreation Program Director at St. David's Center and progressing through various positions at Sholom and Twin Rivers Care Center. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Psychology from Winona State University.
