Michael Runde

Michael Runde is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Silverdust GmbH since January 2025. Previously, Michael held positions at VfL Osnabrück from July 2023 to December 2024, including Direktor B2F and Head of Marketing, Sales, PLM, Fan Retention & E-Commerce. From February 2017 to June 2023, Michael worked at Arnulf Betzold GmbH as Head of Brand Experience, Head of Marketing & Sales, and Head of Marketing. Prior to that, Michael was with EMP Merchandising Handelsgesellschaft mbH as Head of Brand Marketing and (Senior) Marketing Manager from July 2006 to January 2017. Michael began a career in sales and marketing at Litestructures Deutschland GmbH from April 2004 to June 2006 as Head of Sales & Marketing - Germany. Michael holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaft with a focus on Marketing & Event Management from Hochschule Osnabrück and completed an industrial clerk apprenticeship at H. Niemeyer Söhne Gmbh & Co. KG.
