Caleb Horn, M.B.A.

Caleb Horn, M.B.A. has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years, starting from their tenure in the US Navy to their current role as a Senior Software Engineer at SilverEdge Government Solutions. Caleb has worked as a team lead and a senior software engineer for DoD and IC programs, overseeing teams of up to five developers, and has successfully executed the TLS modernization from TLS 1. Caleb also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and a Strategic Training Consultant at ALAPKO, Incorporated, where they were responsible for preparing reports presented to the Associate Director of Education and Training. In their early career, Caleb served as an Officer in Charge, creating and executing a disaster preparedness and recovery plan and as an Assistant Material Officer, tracking the material condition of readiness for nine ships. Caleb has held a variety of roles, such as a Training Liaison Officer and an Electrical Officer/First Lieutenant, all of which have honed their leadership and management skills. Overall, Caleb's work experience has given him a diverse set of skills that can benefit any organization.

Caleb Horn, M.B.A. holds a Masters degree in Business and Administration, which they earned from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Prior to this, they had obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science, Emphasis Earth Science from Oregon State University in 2001. In 1998, they had completed an Associates of Arts degree in Pre Medicine from Umpqua Community College.
