Maxim Konstantinov has extensive experience in technical support roles, starting as a Technical Support Engineer at Webox LTD in 2015 and later becoming a Technical Support Manager. Maxim then moved to Silverfort in 2022, where they continued their technical support career as a Technical Support Engineer before being promoted to Team Lead, EMEA Support in 2023.
