Jay Wheless

Jay Wheless has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Jay'sfirst role was as Chief Networking Consultant at Kimbanet Internet Service, which they held from 2002 to 2011. Jay then moved to Gamewood Technology Group, Inc. as Network Services Manager from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they returned to Silverline Solutions as IT Systems Administrator, a role they held until 2018. Jay then moved to URW Community Federal Credit Union as Director of Information Technology until 2019, when they returned to Silverline Solutions as Director of Technology.

Jay Wheless has a diverse educational background. Jay studied Business Administration and Management, General at Radford University, and holds two Bachelor's degrees from Emory & Henry College in Psychology and History. Jay also has several certifications, including 3CX Advanced Certified, KANTECH Access Control and Integrated Systems (Corporate and Global), Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and NEC DSX Certified VoIP Technician.
