Megha M. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Manager- TA at SilverPeople, a leading people resource company, since May 2021. Previously, Megha held the position of Consulting Partner at Universal Hunt, a prominent global executive search firm, from October 2011 to September 2019, where a commitment to discipline, attitude, and reengineering underpinned the firm's success. Megha is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the MIT School of Distance Education, expected to complete in November 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounts and Statistics from Gujarat University, obtained in 2010.
