Kraig Baker

Kraig Baker is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. TA Manager for Breakthru Beverage Group since April 2024, Kraig previously held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Echo Global Logistics from February 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading recruitment programs and managing diverse initiatives. Prior experience includes managerial roles at McDonald's Corporation, where Kraig was instrumental in military recruitment and led large-scale hiring efforts, as well as recruitment roles at MRI Network Global Search.
