Braj Padhy

Braj Padhy has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Braj has worked in various companies, starting with Fena Limited in 1996 as an Executive-Internal Audit, where they conducted comprehensive audits and reviewed internal control systems. Braj then joined Jindal Dyechem Industries Ltd. in 2000 as a Senior Executive-Accounts, where they independently handled the accounts of two group companies involved in trading and investment. In 2002, they joined Genesis Burson-Marsteller as an Accounts Officer, where they were responsible for accounts finalization, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee expense disbursements.

In 2008, Braj Padhy joined Ericsson as a Team Lead-Employee Taxation, overseeing income tax computation for around 4500 employees. Braj ensured compliance with statutory obligations, handled SOX compliance, and managed payroll-related claims and full & final settlements.
