Fabien Leconte

Fabien Leconte has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, particularly within the cruise industry, currently serving as Fleet Hotel Superintendent and special projects at Silversea Cruises since July 2016. Prior roles include Hotel Director and various Food and Beverage management positions at Silversea Cruises from 2006 to 2016, as well as positions at La compagnie des iles du Ponant, Christina Onasis Yacht, and Festival Cruises, all centered around bartending. Prior to entering the cruise industry, Fabien Leconte worked as a Commercial Agent for Brasseries Kronenbourg. Educational credentials include a degree from Lycee Carnot in Lille, France, and specialized training in Illy coffee in 2015.
