Gabriele Dolfini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and logistics automation. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Logistics Automation at Silversea Cruises since October 2009, Gabriele leads a team focused on automating various business areas, including vessel operations, logistics, and finance, while also managing human resources and budgets. Previous roles include Manager of Shipboard Applications at Silversea and Manager of IT Department at ES-KO, where Gabriele implemented significant IT strategies and developed applications for operational needs. Gabriele’s career began as a Manufacturing Automation Technician at Eaton and transitioned to entrepreneurship with D&D Elettronica, specializing in office automation solutions. Gabriele holds a Secondary School Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Galileo Galilei in Italy.
