Richard Weichbold has over two decades of culinary experience in prestigious hospitality environments. Currently serving as Fleet Corporate Chef and previously as Executive Chef at Silversea Cruises since February 2003, Richard has developed significant expertise in high-end culinary operations. Prior roles include Banqueting Chef at Dorchester Hotel from June 2000 to January 2003, and multiple positions at Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, and Southern Sun Hotels, where early career beginnings as a Trainee Chef laid the foundation for a successful trajectory in the culinary arts.
