Lily Willess

Lily joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2023 and is currently a Vice President. At Silversmith, Lily focuses on investments in SaaS & Information Services, specifically within the Customer Experience and IT & Developer Tools verticals.

Prior to Silversmith, Lily held various leadership roles to help companies scale through strategic growth levers. She led Strategy & Corporate Development at Validity, a Silversmith portfolio company; led Strategic Partnerships at Optoro, a VC-backed reverse logistics company; and co-founded Aspire, an HR SaaS business that was acquired by Raffa, P.C., now a part of Marcum LLP.
