Tod Pesses

Tod Pesses is a seasoned healthcare growth equity investor at Silversmith Capital Partners, where Pesses has been since May 2023. Prior to this role, Pesses served as Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at McKesson from March 2020 to May 2023. Pesses also held the position of Principal at JxP Capital from 2016 to 2020, contributing to alternative investment opportunities in the lower-middle market. Earlier experience includes being a Private Equity Investor at Huron Capital from 2012 to 2016 and working in Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at CareFusion from 2008 to 2012. Pesses holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
