Dino Fusco

Chief Operating Officer at Silverstein Properties

Dino Fusco is Chief Operating Officer of Silverstein Properties, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operating activities of the company.

Prior to joining Silverstein, Dino was a Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he spent over 25 years working in a variety of real estate roles. From 2012 until early-2020, Dino was the Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Corporate Services and Real Estate organization; from 2005 - 2011, he was Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Strategy group; and from 1994 - 2005, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Investment Banking group. Also, from 1998 - 2000, Dino helped initiate and lead Goldman Sachs’ real estate private equity efforts in Italy. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 1994, Dino was an Associate Attorney at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.

Dino received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale College, and a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law School. He is a graduate of the David Rockefeller Fellows program sponsored by the Partnership for New York City.

Dino serves as a Board Member of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and he is an active member of the Partnership Fund for New York City. Dino is married to his college sweetheart and, together with their two daughters, resides in Lower Manhattan.
