Maxwell Mastrella has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Starting their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in 2013, they moved on to Taconic Partners as a Senior Associate in 2015. In 2018, they joined EDGE Technologies as a Director before transitioning to Silverstein Properties as a Vice President in 2021.

Maxwell Mastrella attended Choate Rosemary Hall for their secondary education. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
