Sandy Steele Baker is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in home health operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SilverStone Health since July 2022, Sandy enhances operational efficiency across multiple locations and leads initiatives for billing system improvements. Previously, as the Director of Quality Assurance at Morning Star Quality Home Health, Sandy aligned operations with PDGM regulations and successfully transitioned EMR systems. Sandy's leadership as an Administrator at both Morning Star and Family Care of Texas Home Health resulted in significant patient census growth and management of multiple branch locations.
