Stephanie Fischer has a diverse work experience starting from 1996. Stephanie has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Stephanie began their career in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent at Tropicana Atlantic City in 1996 and later worked at Showboat Hotel Atlantic City in a similar position. In 1998, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Aladdin Hotel & Casino. Stephanie then moved on to Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in 1999 as a Food & Beverage Intern. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in different roles, including HR Training Manager, Spa Manager, and Housekeeping Assistant Manager. In 2006, Stephanie joined Robert Half Technology and B&D Associates, where they served as an Account Executive Recruiter and Account Executive, respectively. In 2007, they joined HEI Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Human Resources and later became the General Manager for a brief period. Stephanie then returned to their role as the Director of Human Resources until 2021. Currently, they work as the Director of Human Resources at Silverstone Living and will begin their role as an Alpine Ski Coach at Franconia Ski Club in 2023.
Stephanie Fischer attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality with a field of study in Communications. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Official from the US Ski Association in 2022 and a Service Culture Trainer certification from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2011.
