Mike Niles is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and digital communications. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Carers of West Lothian and holding multiple board positions, including Non Executive Director at Silverstone Museum and Board Trustee roles at Befriending Networks and CGD Society, Mike has a demonstrated commitment to community connection and reducing social isolation. Previously, Mike founded and led b:Friend, a regional charity that successfully connected over 3,000 individuals in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Other professional experiences include roles in communications, digital marketing, and community management at organizations such as PEAS, Bishop Burton College, adidas, Tottenham Hotspur LTD, and the National Autistic Society. Mike holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Leeds and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Practice from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
