Yvonne Brubacher (CPA MSA) is a corporate CFO with an entrepreneurial mindset in the Manufacturing sector. Over the last 25 years, Mrs. Brubacher has launched, built, expanded, and transformed several businesses and ventures organically and via M&A into thriving and profitable endeavors with a focus on continuing improvements, risk management, strategic plans including budgeting and forecasting, and providing actionable recommendations through an appropriate combination of business analysis and data driven KPIs. Mrs. Brubacher has facilitated a financial and operational turnaround of an established manufacturing company from 7-digit losses to 7-digit profits in 18 months, has revitalized numerous companies by creating a culture of continuous improvements and best practices through change management, and has aided several small startups with strategic plans and financial forecasting.
