Marika Akers

Marika Akers began their work experience in 2000 with The Regence Group, where they worked in Consumer Directed Account Sales and Service until 2008. In 2008, they joined Silvester & Company as an Executive Recruiter, where they assisted in senior-level searches for clients in aerospace and defense, natural resources, and financial services industries. In 2016, Marika was promoted to Partner and Executive Search Leader, where they became an integral part of the Silvester & Company team, leading numerous senior-level searches and providing guidance to client partners and candidates. Currently, Marika holds the position of Senior Partner & Managing Director at Silvester & Company.
