Eric Guerrero

Eric Guerrero currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and Partner at HVS, leading the Brokerage & Advisory Division specializing in hospitality industry investment sales and capital markets solutions. Prior to their role at HVS, Eric worked as a Managing Director at CBRE and Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where Eric played a key role in leading successful teams and transactions. Eric holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University.
