Rachid Bouraoui

Rachid Bouraoui, Ph.D. EE has worked in various engineering roles since 1998. Rachid began their career at Lucent Technologies as a Ph.D. EE, followed by a similar role at Force10 Networks in 2000. In 2002, they returned to Cisco Systems as a Ph.D. EE. Rachid then worked for Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC) as a Ph.D. EE from 2007 to 2016. During this time, they also worked for Intel Corporation and Microsemi Corporation in the same role. In 2019, they became a Principal Engineer at Boeing, followed by an IP Architect at Lattice Semiconductor in 2020. Most recently, they became a Principal Engineer, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning at SiMa.ai in 2022.

Rachid Bouraoui, Ph.D. EE received their Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Grenoble INP - UGA between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Master in Microelectronics from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) between 1988 and 1989.
