Shailaja Byakodi

Shailaja Byakodi currently works at Simandhar Education since September 2022. Prior to this, Shailaja has held the position of Team Lead and Executive Assistant at VelocIITy Educational Society since November 2019, where engagement in building the organization and training tele-callers, MEOs, and counselors on product pitching has been key responsibilities. Shailaja's earlier experience includes serving as a Counselor and Process Trainer at Aakash Educational Services Limited from August 2013 to October 2015, focusing on providing training content, facilitating learning experiences, and counseling students and parents. Additionally, Shailaja worked as a Customer Care Executive at TBSS from March 2011 to July 2012. Shailaja holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Botany from the Government Institute of Science.
